Dear Valued Customer,

Please read our Refund & Credit Policies carefully.

  1. If you are not using the account, it's your responsibility to deactivated the account.
  2. If canceled within the first 14 days of the license period, will be issued a full refund upon customers request.
  3. We do not issue refunds after 14 days of license activation or renewal, including for annual billing, regardless of any issues experienced. Our customer service team is always available to help resolve any problems you may encounter.
  4. Your license will automatically be renewed until it's cancelled.
  5. When canceling, please ask a confirmation to have proof of cancelation to avoid misunderstandings.
  6. After 30 days we will not be able to make any refunds for any reason.
  7. The monthly subscription fee is due each of the month, we charge automatically the credit card on file.
  8. If the account is overdue on payments, we will email / call you for your payment, if we are not successful in reaching you or/and with receiving payments, the account will be put on hold, which may cause internet interruption on your device. Please resolve payment issues prompt, to avoid inconvenience.
  9. If however there is a dispute on a credit card charge we reserve the right to immediately stop the service which will result in internet disruptions. for every dispute or returned checks there's a $25 fee
  10. If a costumer doesn't pay and after several contact attempts via email and phone calls we reserve the right to completely block the internet of the filtered devices which runs through our servers
  11. Please note that if you choose to uninstall the SafeZone Filter, a $10 exit charge will apply. This fee will be applied even if you switch to a different Geder filter.
